I graduated with honors from IVY Tech Community College in 2011 with an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage. I believe in the power of massage to help heal the body, mind and spirit. I use several different techniques in my massages such as biomechanics, deep tissue, and muscle- specific trigger point therapy to help clients to alleviate pain and bring relief to chronic discomforts. Since being diagnosis with Fibromyalgia, I have a deep and personal understanding of chronic pain and know the benefits clients can receive with aromatherapy and hot Himalayan salt stone massages.
