Lindsay Branton is a registered kinesiologist and the Director of Brain Health and Concussion Care at EPIC Health and Movement . With a personal history of multiple concussions and persistent post-concussion syndrome, Lindsay brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her specialized work in concussion rehabilitation. Her mission is to guide patients through every stage of recovery with evidence-based, patient-centered care. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. She has completed advanced, specialized training in concussion rehabilitation, including certification from the Concussion Rehab Lab, and coursework in Cervical Assessment and Management, and Ocular Motor Issues in Concussion for Manual Therapists. She is committed to lifelong learning and will attend the 2025 Symposium on Clinical Neuroscience while completing a Medical Neuroscience course through Duke University. At EPIC, Lindsay leads the clinic’s integrated concussion program with a holistic and individualized approach. She emphasizes education, empowerment, and collaborative care—recognizing that no two concussions are the same. Her goal is to support each patient in returning to their daily life with confidence, clarity, and safety, while prioritizing long-term brain health. In addition to her leadership in concussion care, Lindsay has extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She is trained in the McGill Method for Low Back Rehabilitation , including assessment and performance enhancement. Her early clinical internships with Dr. Melanie Abbott-Cambridge and Dr. Edward Cambridge inspired her to join the EPIC team, where she now plays a key role in both patient care and program development. Outside of EPIC, Lindsay is the co-owner of TrainMeFit Brampton , a community-focused gym she runs with her husband, Brennon. Together, they deliver adaptable, inclusive fitness programs that promote lifelong mobility, strength, and wellness. Lindsay’s dedication to advancing concussion care through research, education, and compassionate practice continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of her patients and the broader community.
