Compiled over 150+ hours of practice, completed an externship at Peoples Injury Network Northwest (PINN), and excelled in student clinics. Modalities used can range from relaxing to therapeutic, such as Swedish, Esalen, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Range of Motion Assessment, Table Thai, and Stretching. Use of massage gun, gua sha, and silicone cup complimentary upon request or therapist recommendation.
