Dr. Navi is a chiropractor who is passionate about helping people move and feel better. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Western States in Oregon. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobility work, and individualized exercise to support each patient’s goals. She has a particular interest in working with pregnant and postpartum patients, as well as office workers who may experience aches, stiffness, and postural strain from their daily routines. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Navi enjoys staying active through running, going on hikes, golfing and weight training at the gym. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and continuing to learn about movement, rehabilitation, and wellness.
