I am a licensed massage therapist and have practiced for 4+ years. I truly enjoy helping people feel better and relax through massage. I use a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, trigger point, light stretching, prenatal and hot stone. Deep tissue is my greatest strength. When I'm not working I enjoy anything outdoors and time with my pups.
