Nadia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise & Sport Studies) with honours and great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015; she then went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2017. Nadia’s approach to manual physiotherapy is strongly influenced by her mentor, Blaine, and the fantastic team that makes up Mackie Physiotherapy. Nadia uses her passion and enthusiasm to provide quality care, and her refined skills to achieve patient goals. She has credentialing in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (BDN), and is progressing towards an Orthopedic Division Diploma in manual and manipulative physiotherapy. Nadia is a former competitive gymnast and diver, and her continued experience with athletics makes her an integral member of the Mackie Sport Division. Nadia is also the lead physiotherapist for two of our popular gym programs: Osteoarthritis Strength/Mobility Class and Diabetes & Liver Health Exercise Class. Both of these programs run regularly throughout the year. Outside of the office Nadia enjoys spending time outdoors jogging, hiking, kayaking, and camping. She also loves relaxing and watching a good movie!
