New Leaf Massage Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation

408 Gertrude Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3L 0M6

My approach to massage therapy is rooted in curiosity and care — an interest in how the body moves and heals, and a deep respect for how it holds tension. My sessions include clinical assessment, intentional bodywork, movement guidance, and nervous system awareness to support pain reduction, improved movement, and long-term recovery. My work is collaborative — not just a treatment. I’m here to help you understand your body on a deeper level and feel more at ease in both body and mind. I am a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy, with additional training in myofascial cupping and a background in personal training. This allows me to blend clinical reasoning, movement, and intuition in a way that supports your health long term.

60 Minute Relaxation Massage

This massage begins with a general/verbal assessment keeping the client’s lifestyle and complaint in mind. The main purpose is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It helps shorten recovery times from muscular strain by flushing the tissue of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes. Swedish massage also stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them subtle and pliable and stimulates the skin and nervous system. It reduces both emotional and physical stress.
