Jonathan obtained a Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from the University of British Columbia. Jonathan has experience working with motor-vehicle and workplace injuries, post-operative surgeries, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions from sports to everyday activities. Jonathan’s path to becoming a physiotherapist was fueled by his passion for playing competitive sports like soccer, basketball, and volleyball while growing up, and was inspired from his father’s own journey through cardiac rehabilitation. Jonathan uses a multi-faceted, hands-on treatment approach to help people get back to what they love doing and to achieve a better well-being. Jonathan seeks to understand their goals and needs, and creates personalized care plans. Plans may include progressive exercise programs, stretching/strengthening and conditioning, joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, and lifestyle education. Outside of the clinic, you can find Jonathan playing volleyball, basketball, or multi-sport leagues, and on trails or on the water.
