Several years ago I felt an urge to change my professional path. It was clear to me from previous careers that I would maintain a teaching and educational path - and that passion led me to Massage. You may ask - "That's not teaching?" To me it is...I educate all of my clients and patients the importance of self-health. If I can educate just 1 person a day how to 'listen' to their body and maintain the muscle memory we are trying to re-create via massage techniques - than that is one more person on an incredible journey to health wellness. Massage is a natural route to healing via mind, body, and spirit. Through massage and numerous other holistic medicinal approaches I am trained and certified in - Your Body is definitely on a Road to recovery!
