Britany is a 2017 graduate of the Birmingham School of Massage. In 2014, Britany graduated with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Skilled in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Britany has an affinity for working with athletes, helping clients deal with rehab after surgery and specializes in migraine, neck, shoulder, knee, and back pain. She believes massage helped clients rebound faster and reduce pain. Britany truly loves what she does and consistently works to promote overall wellness for her clients.
Massage
This service is with warm stones that is used with heat to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of this massage induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. The extra warmth provides faster relief of muscle tension and pain.
Lymphatic Drainage
This service is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This service also helps with lymphedema.
