Arshdeep is a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada with over 14 years of clinical experience. She has worked in both hospital and clinic settings and has experience treating neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder injuries, wrist and ankle sprains, hip and knee pain, fractures, joint replacements, post-surgical rehab, WSIB cases, and motor vehicle accident injuries. Her treatment approach is personalized, hands-on, and focused on helping patients move better and feel better. She uses a combination of manual therapy, cupping, deep tissue release, stretching, exercise programs, education, and acupuncture/electroacupuncture when appropriate. Arshdeep is passionate about helping patients recover, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities with confidence. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, nature walks, music, and meditation.
