Mary graduated from the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2018. She believes regular massage therapy is critical to maintaining a healthy state of well-being. She enjoys working with all types of clients, whether you’re dealing with a chronic condition or if it’s just your everyday-to-day stress. With her experience in physiotherapy and wellness clinics, she has gained knowledge in how to approach specific conditions such as Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), Piriformis syndrome (Sciatica), tension headaches, amongst many other conditions. Mary begins her initial assessment with you and develops a treatment plan suited to your individual needs. She focuses on combining deep tissue therapeutic massage with relaxation and takes great care in meeting your goals in every session. The main focus is to provide personalized treatments for each individual to ensure you get the outcome you are looking for. With skills in Cupping, Trigger Point Release, myofascial release, sports, prenatal massage, and a variety of Swedish techniques, Mary uses these to diminish tension and stress while improving your overall well-being.
