My healing journey began with a genuine curiosity about the ancient wisdom of Far East Asia. What started as a simple fascination soon grew into a lifelong passion for learning, sharing, and helping others feel their best. Years ago, I immersed myself in ancient philosophies and quickly realized how meaningful this path felt tome. During the day, I shared what I was learning with university students, and in my spare time, I volunteered by providing acupuncture treatments. Giving back and supporting others felt completely natural. This journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of Seoul to the peaceful landscapes of Canada, allowing me to gather knowledge and life experiences along the way. I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, and before long, this passion became my full-time calling. Today, I use a variety of approaches to support healing and overall well-being. Acupuncture is just the beginning. I also offer moxibustion, Tuina massage, cupping, and Gua Sha, along with customized herbal remedies and guided healing meditations. At times, I even weave in insights from martial arts when it feels appropriate. Whether someone is dealing with a lingering cold, chronic tension, or everyday stress, I always focus on caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Recently, I’ve been diving deeper into wellness, detoxification, and metabolic health. It’s been exciting to discover new ways to support energy, mental clarity, and the sense of vitality we all want more of. When I’m not in practice, you’ll often find me enjoying a good cup of tea—Pu-erh or Oolong, and so on—or walking in nature and appreciating the calm rhythm of the outdoors. If you’re curious about how traditional healing might support your own wellness journey, I’d love to connect. Let’s explore what feeling well can look like for you—together.

Acupuncture is a holistic treatment that involves the gentle insertion of very fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body to support balance, circulation, and overall wellness. The treatment is commonly used to help relieve pain, reduce stress, improve energy flow, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Sessions are typically relaxing, with most people experiencing minimal sensation during treatment.
