The childhood love and curiosity for essential oils was myintroduction into the healing arts. This ultimately awakened me to the fluidity of bodywork, beautifully articulated gliding strokes, and synchronicity of breath between client and practitioner. This would be a pivotal point of directingmy goals and dreams to become a Massage Therapist when I grew up.The dream came true in 2003 when I graduated from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Hot Stone, and Prenatal are just a few of the modalities Im skilled in.I cater each session to the clients needs and comforts, focusing on stress reduction,increased mobility, and pain relief.
*Includes Hot Towels and Aromatherapy for 60 minutes and longer*Deep tissue massage uses more advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy and Myofascial release to relieve severe tension and dysfunction in both muscles and connective tissue. It is also a good option for those who prefer deep pressure throughout the session.
