Born and raised in Oxford, UK, I spent my youth riding horses and dancing - both of which needed a special sort of balance. I was never suited to office work or the standard 9-5. I was a creative, nurturing type and I loved to solve problems. As life guided me towards massage therapy, it made more and more sense the more I learned. I moved to north Idaho with my Montana-born husband in 2020, and we have two boys who love their life in the wild outdoors. When I am not working on people, I am helping horses, teaching clinics and lessons, writing, and delving deep into the joys of homesteading.
My special blend of Swedish massage, neuromuscular release, and intuitive myofascial unwinding designed to follow your body's needs and promote deep relaxation. We will explore areas of discomfort and how they interact with the rest of your structure, looking for an overall sense of ease in your body. Sessions may include a range of techniques, including cupping, gua sha (scraping), kinesiotaping, craniosacral and more.
