Her passion for the mind-body connection began over a decade ago during her own journey of managing idiopathic chronic pain and navigating mental health challenges. This experience inspired her to pursue personal and professional growth in fitness training, Muay Thai, and dance, deepening her understanding of the body’s complex interconnections and its capacity for resilience and healing. Caitlin combines evidence-based therapeutic and relaxation techniques to deliver treatments that are both gentle and highly effective. With a nurturing presence, she guides the body toward release, enabling deeper tissue work and fostering restoration. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of her clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported through attentive and personalized care. Dedicated to professional development, Caitlin continually expands her knowledge to better address the individual concerns of her clients.
