John is passionate about helping his patients reach their maximum movement potential. Whether it’s related to sports, occupation, or lifestyle, he’ll work with you in creating an optimal treatment plan that ensures your goals are being achieved and the source of your pain or functional limitations are dealt with effectively. After graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at Queen’s University, John has eagerly continued to expand his wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure his practices are using the latest evidence. He has taken post-graduate courses in acupuncture and dry needling, soft tissue release, and advanced shoulder rehabilitation. John has also completed level 3 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy program. When not hard at work serving the community, John enjoys soccer, golf, weight training, hiking the outdoors and gardening.
