Sandeep Pandita, MPT, BPT Registered Physiotherapist Sandeep Pandita is a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience across India and Canada. He specializes in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and geriatric physiotherapy. A graduate of GGSIP University in New Delhi with a Master’s degree, Sandeep is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Sandeep is currently working with Surrey Memorial hospital in Out-patients department of physiotherapy and is responsible for assessments and management of Total Knee Replacements, Total Hip Replacements and post-op Rehab of Hip fractures. Sandeep has worked extensively in hospital Intensive care units, cardiac care units, stroke units, outpatient clinics, and long-term care settings in India. He has also worked in a concussion clinic where he helped Physiotherapists and other professionals in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation , supporting patients with balance disorders, dizziness, and post-concussion symptoms in interdisciplinary clinical environments in previous positions as a PTA across Surrey, BC. His care approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to restore function and enhance quality of life. In addition to his clinical work, Sandeep has a strong interest in research and education. His published study on task-oriented circuit training for balance and functional ability in elderly patients reflects his commitment to advancing outcomes through innovation. He has also authored an article on rehabilitation after brain tumors, further showcasing his expertise in neurorehabilitation.Sandeep is fluent in English, Hindi, Kashmiri, Dogri, and Punjabi, allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Sandeep is a Certified Concussion Physiotherapist from CCMI, Certified Vestibular Physiotherapist from The Dizziness and Balance Rehabilitation Clinic, First Aid & CPR, Kinesio Taping (Level 1 & 2), Graston Technique level 1, Mulligan Canada - Upper Quadrant, Advanced Integrated Physiotherapy Program level -1 and has Basic Wheelchair Skills training, and is known for his patient-first approach, empathetic communication, and collaborative work within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. In his free time, Sandeep enjoys listening to music, working out at the gym, and playing sports such as cricket and badminton. He loves to travel, spend quality time with his family, and especially cherishes playing with his young son.
