Paula Citron has been a Registered Massage Therapist since the beginning of 2018 here in Windsor, Ontario, as well as in Banff, Alberta. Paula has a passion for human movement and how it functions as an integrated unit. She specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, as well as using cupping and other tools to create a tailored treatment to improve function and overall wellness. She also has a keen interest and knack for doing prenatal massage and loves to help expecting mamas to feel as good as possible and to prepare their bodies for the amazing feat it is about to endure. In her spare time, Paula enjoys hanging out with her baby girl, skateboarding, biking, yoga, and hiking. She loves to be outdoors, soaking up the sun.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
