I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years. I specialize in pain reduction/management. I am trained in cupping, lymphatic drainage, dry needling, trigger point therapy, hot stones, warm bamboo, prenatal & postnatal massage. I classify myself as a therapeutic/clinical therapist, although I enjoy doing spa work. Stretching and range of motion exercises are incorporated into all of my massage sessions to help facilitate circulation and reduce muscle adhesions and pain.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears, believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
Lymphatic Drainage
Body sculpting, also known as body contouring, refers to a range of medical and nonsurgical procedures designed to reshape and enhance the body's appearance by eliminating fat, tightening skin, and improving overall body contours.
