A long, long time ago, in a place far, far away... I got a massage. Working as a builder, my body was in the habit of pain and my mind didn't know the difference. I had a short fuse to a big bomb--every day was a habit of challenge. I went into the massage cranky and came out of there someone else, entirely. I felt as if my feet were six inches from the floor and I was handing out hugs to everyone I saw. Rainbows and lollipops. I don't know how I would have made it down those two flights of stairs without the handrail. A few hours later, in my grapeseed oil-glowing skin, I noticed my brain trying to go back into its usual habit of finding fault and criticizing everything, but it just didn't match how I still felt in my body. In that moment, I had to laugh--at me--for being so habitually, ridiculously negative. I decided then and there that I wouldn't continue living my life that way. So, it's true--one massage changed everything. It's why I do what I do now, not working construction for the satisfaction of creating beautiful finished products and usually-thrilled customers, but for helping cranky people to find peace. Got happy? Never mind. I've got it right here. Come on over. Take a deep breath... Let's get started.
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
Thai foot reflexology focuses on the feet up to the knees, and offers great benefit to your entire body. Various acupressure points on the foot correlate to specific body parts and organs of the body, thus leaving the client feeling relaxed, happy, and peaceful
