We begin every session with a conversation to determine what needs to be addressed and how we can best accomplish your goals. In a 60 minute massage, we typically either do a full body Swedish with some deep tissue and therapeutic techniques. Or only focus on the areas of complaint. If you have multiple complaints but still would like a full body massage please consider booking a 75 minute massage.
