I am the mom of 4 and married to a wonderful husband. I have always been an athlete, in 2019 I decided to take that passion and help others. I became an NASM certified personal trainer. I have recently decided to add massage therapy to my repertoire. I am a graduate of National Holistic Institute massage school, with an associate degree in advanced neuromuscular medical massage. I specialize in sports massage with myofacial therapy, trigger point work and Swedish techniques. Working with patients to help with general relaxation, post injury recovery, muscle soreness and other medical conditions ( working in collaboration with other medical professionals). I have trained many different groups, including boot camps, HIIT, soccer teams and also individuals. I have worked with people from ages 15 to 97. I am a Bioforce certified conditioning coach as well as a trx qualified coach. I have certifications in mental performance, precision nutrition and womens fitness.
