The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance—equal parts light and darkness—inviting us to pause, reflect, and prepare for the quieter season ahead. Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute evening designed to calm your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and help you transition into the season with intention. During this immersive experience, you'll enjoy: A warm bowl of seasonal Autumn Harvest Congee inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine A grounding guided meditation Reflective journaling with thoughtfully curated prompts An oracle card pull for personal insight Community acupuncture to restore balance and support the body's natural healing response A restorative sound bath to encourage deep relaxation and integration A closing ritual to honor what you're ready to release and what you're ready to receive this season Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving a moment to slow down, this ceremony offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and embrace the rhythm of the season.
