I was been involved with the sport of speed skating most of my life as an athlete and as a coach. I took up mountain biking late in life and compete in endurance events throughout the province. I have been gravel riding for a number of years and race in long distance events. Outside of my sporting life, I have a wife and four children. My wife is a teacher and my 4 kids are grown. I am a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapist (FCAMPT) and certified in the GUNN IMS program for Dry Needling as well as Medical Acupuncture (CAFCI). I enjoy treating clients who are dealing with acute or chronic pain (sprains, strains, and automobile accidents) and helping clients understand the nature of their injury and what direction rehabilitation should take. Recently I certified in the BradCliff Breathing Method.
