Jian Jun Zhu, also known as Diya, is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Over the past nine months, she has provided care to more than 1,000 clients. Diya’s background includes experience as a Registered Nurse in China and a Personal Support Worker in Canada, reflecting her lifelong dedication to caring for others. As an RMT, Diya places her clients’ needs at the forefront. She listens carefully to their concerns, interprets the signals from their muscles, and combines her medical knowledge with her expertise in anatomy. Diya utilizes a range of techniques, such as effleurage, stripping, cupping, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, cross-fibre frictions, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy, to help clients reduce pain, alleviate stress, and improve their overall well-being. Her philosophy is captured in her favorite saying: “I treat people the way I wish to be treated.”
