Since graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in 2005, Lizzy has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a variety of settings, from a physical therapy practice, to a five diamond hotel, enabling her to collect an array of tools to better serve her clients at Reno Integrative Massage. Throughout her years of practice, Lizzy has participated in many hours of continuing education courses pertaining to deep tissue techniques, medical massage, Thai massage and cupping therapies. Her style is a mix of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques making her treatments the perfect blend to calm the body and mind. Lizzy strongly believes that with regular implementation, massage therapy can offer long-term physical and mental well-being. Although a native from Virginia, her heart has always been in the west. Unexpectedly, Reno caught her attention as a place where she desired to lay some roots down and become part of a community. When she is not practicing Massage Therapy, she enjoys all things under the sun from hiking, rock climbing, trail running, bird watching, and sliding on snow. She is looking forward to becoming a valued asset to the community by contributing therapeutic massage services for her clients here at Reno Integrative Massage.
