Dakota graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2014 and has been helping clients move, recover, and feel their best ever since. Drawing from his background in athletics and coaching, he brings a unique understanding of movement, recovery, and performance. He specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy massage, customizing each session to support the needs and goals of every client. In addition to massage therapy, Dakota offers Dynamic Body Recalibration (DBR), his signature neuro-focused mobility and stretch therapy technique that combines targeted pressure, guided movement, resistance, and breathwork to restore mobility, increase range of motion, and improve overall function. Having worked with athletes, entertainers, tattoo artists, and individuals facing the physical demands of everyday life, Dakota is dedicated to helping people reduce pain, move with greater ease, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
