I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and physical abilities, and I strive to create a supportive, patient-centered environment where people feel confident and motivated throughout their rehabilitation. I am passionate about working with individuals recovering from a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries. Whether these injuries result from sports, daily activities, or the demands of everyday life, I take pride in helping patients identify the root of their discomfort and develop tailored treatment plans that support safe and effective recovery. I also have a particular interest in guiding patients through pre- and post-operative orthopaedic care, fostering strong therapeutic relationships, and supporting them at every stage of their rehabilitation. My ultimate goal is to help people return to the activities they value most—whether that’s sport, play, family life, or personal hobbies. My treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education. I emphasize strength and conditioning as an essential part of rehabilitation and injury prevention and am a strong advocate for preventative care and encouraging a variety of movement that supports long-term health for all activity levels. My interest in physiotherapy developed through my experiences as a competitive soccer player. While playing throughout my youth and varsity career, I spent considerable time in physiotherapy clinics recovering from injuries. Those experiences sparked my curiosity about the profession and inspired me to help others regain function and return to the activities they love. Outside the clinic, I continue to play women’s league soccer and enjoy running, cycling, hiking, and camping, taking every opportunity to stay active and spend time outdoors.

You'll want to book one of these if it's your first time seeing a Physiotherapist at our clinic, or if this is a new issue that you're dealing with. If this injury is part of an ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim, please go back and book an ICBC or WSBC assessment.
