**Richelle Nantais** is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 20 years after graduating from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Richelle is a caring, easy-going, and knowledgeable therapist who believes in a personalized approach to care. She enjoys helping clients of all ages, including children and teens, achieve improved health, mobility, and overall wellness through therapeutic massage. Her areas of interest and treatment include sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, post-operative care, TMJ concerns, lymphatic drainage, and overall wellness care.
