With 10+ years of experience Monica brings a unique, tailored approach to healing and relaxation. As a graduate of Columbia College in Massage Therapy, with an emphasis on Neuromuscular studies, she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to how muscles and nerves work together to produce movement. She currently specializes in helping clients experiencing Sciatica to find relief and develop healthy habits for reducing pain and discomfort. Monica gained a wealth of knowledge in Nursing school which amongst many skills learned, she was taught the importance of being aware of others needs as well as having excellent bedside manner. In addition to massage, Monica holds many certifications in various modalities including Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure, Reiki, Kinesio Taping, Aromatherapy, Cupping and Thai Massage.
A relaxing massage tailored to your needs, Swedish style, light to firm pressure. Hot steamed towels incorporated on your back, as well as feet treatment, complimentary, to help relax your muscles. Unscented, organic, nut free, vegan, paraben-free cream and/or unscented, organic coconut oils are used. We can further tailor your experience by adding your desired essential oil to help further your relaxation.
