Hi, I’m Ashley Dowrie, 2200 RMT graduating MH VICARS in 2019. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and prioritize their well-being. I offer deep tissue massage, cupping, Graston technique, and pre- and post-natal massage, with every treatment customized to your unique needs. I love working with clients who value health, balance, movement, and self-care, and my goal is always to help you feel supported, restored, and stronger in your everyday life. In my practice, no two treatments are the same — your session is designed specifically for you. When not in the clinic you will find me working with my equine athletes jumping colourful sticks or working on their wellness needs.
