Teresa has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 25 years. Working with all types of clientele, from athletes, children, elderly and pre-post surgery. She has worked in a multitude of settings, but mostly in multi-disciplinary clinics. Working in conjunction with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and RMT's Teresa has an evidence based approach to massage therapy treatments.
