Lauren is a passionate physiotherapist who believes that her role is to help you achieve your physical goals in all aspects of your life, be it day to day activities, sport, or pain management. Lauren is a rostered pelvic floor physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about providing individualized, evidence-based treatment options to a wide variety of pelvic health concerns, including prenatal preparation, postnatal recovery, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She has a particular passion for and additional training in treating pelvic pain ranging from clitorodynia, vestibulodynia (sometimes called vulvodynia), dyspareunia, endometriosis, pudendal neuralgia, overactive bladder, and interstitial cystitis. She practices an evidence-informed holistic approach that addresses the physical, social, and cognitive contributions to a pain experience.
