Dr. Sarah Hampton is a strong believer in functional well-being, injury prevention and healthcare tailored to the unique demands, goals and abilities of each individual patient. Dr. Sarah believes that for healthcare to be successful, patients must feel empowered and supported, through meaningful patient education and communication. Her passion for athletic performance and rehabilitation was sparked at an early age as a high-level hockey player. She now enjoys training and coaching young athletes as a member of the Toronto Marlboros U-18 coaching staff, and through her work with the OJHL and OJLL. Dr. Sarah is a Functional Integrated Acupuncture provider, and has completed certifications in Shift Concussion Management, Smart Tools instrument assisted soft tissue therapy.
The Integrated Assessment is a detailed movement analysis designed to identify both the root cause of your pain, and any areas of dysfunction that could be contributing factors, and utilizes our roundtable method to assess, diagnose and repair.
