Jessica’s treatments consist of techniques that address the nervous system as well as the musculoskeletal system. As such, she uses moderate and predictable techniques in a way that can feel deep and effective, but not invasive. Jessica has been practicing for 10 years in an interdisciplinary clinic setting. In addition to a Diploma in Massage Therapy, she received her BA with an Advanced Major in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University. Jessica continues to study Pain Psychology and often finds it helpful in her practice. She has advanced post-graduate education in Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder, Intra-Oral Massage Techniques, and Craniosacral Therapy. Jessica has an interest in conditions that effect the Neck, Head, and Face; namely, TMJD, Headaches, Migraines, and Degenerative Conditions. Additionally, due to the nature of her treatments, she often has success in managing chronic pain conditions. Outside of the clinic, you can often find Jessica at home watching a true crime documentary or reading a sci-fi novel.
