Nicki's approach as a Massage Therapist is to promote relaxation while incorporating deeper tissue massage as needed. Nicki is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Intra-oral Massage (aka buccal) , to help with TMJ issues. She has a passion for helping others especially when it comes to headache and migraine relief. Her knowledge and skills have led her to instruct at NCMTA where she graduated top of her class.
This one hour massage focuses on the full body in the form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. A wide variety of techniques are applied with the use of touch, pressure, and stretching to help relieve muscle tension and stress.
