Sydney is an intuitive massage therapist who finds great joy in helping with clients on their wellness journey. Whether you’re looking to maintain where you are, find relief from chronic pain, or are healing from an accident or surgery, she can partner with you as you work towards your goals. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2009 and has spent her career working with other wellness professionals, collaborating with the goal of enhancing patient care. Sydney utilizes her knowledge of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, and stretching techniques to tailor each session to her clients specific needs. Her goal with massage is to establish connections with her clients through the power of touch, acting as a facilitator to encourage the body’s natural healing response Sydney has always felt a deep connection to the natural world. She tries to spend as much time outside as possible, and encourages her clients to do the same. She believes being active in nature is an important part of living a healthy, well-balanced life. Her idea of a perfect day is being outside with plenty of yummy food in the company of her favorite people.
