Age should never limit one’s ability to live a vibrant life. Living with chronic pain can often feel like being trapped, unable to escape the limitations it creates. As a kinesiologist, my goal is not just to help relieve pain, but to teach you how to take control of your body and your life. It’s not just about moving more—it’s about moving with confidence, independence, and without pain. I had discovered my love for movement through sports and curiosity of how the body works. What began as a way to help family and friends become more independent and happier, became a passion for helping others move better, feel better, and become more confident in their own bodies. I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life — from those with neurological disorders, car accidents, people living with chronic pain and seniors who just refuse to quit. My passion lies in helping those who want to live an active, independent life, regardless of their age or limitations. For seniors I focus on fall prevention, strengthening muscles, and improving coordination, I help significantly reduce your risk of falls and fractures, taking away those limitations, I empower you to move more confidently and safely through your day, helping you stay independent in your own home. I help people identify hidden injuries after a car accident and ensure they can get back to normal. For those with chronic pain, I know how to progress and regress the exercises to ensure you are challenged without pushing you over the edge. I take on a holistic approach to treatment, with a focus on education, trust, and building a strong foundation for long-term health. Together, we work on exercises to improve strength, balance, joint mobility, and overall movement. These goals not only reduce pain but enhance your ability to engage in everyday activities, stay connected with loved ones, and improve your overall quality of life.
