Clea is a passionate physiotherapist who combines her education and hands-on experience to help patients achieve their health and performance goals. She earned a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, setting a solid foundation for her passion for personalized care. With a focus on helping you get back to doing what you love, Clea takes the time to create customized rehabilitation programs tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or aiming to enhance your performance, Clea’s approach blends hands on therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to get you back on track. She is also certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. From her experiences in working with patients post-operatively, with a focus on joint replacements, to providing sideline coverage to the University of Toronto Varsity Blues sports teams, she understands the importance of returning to daily function and competitive sport. Additionally, she is experienced in working with the general population, from active gym go-ers and weekend warriors, to office workers and healthcare providers
