115 N Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN, 37087-2716

Dr. Gavin Grimaldi established Veloce Spine & Sport in 2023 with the goal of being an evidence-based chiropractic practice. He wanted to create something that allowed him to express the future of chiropractic; a hybrid blend of physical therapy and chiropractic. Establishing Veloce and rooting it in science, backed by the most up-to-date research, made this dream a reality. Dr. Grimaldi obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Juniata College. He then went on to Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri to complete his doctor of chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude in December of 2022. During his residency, he spent 8 months working under the Tennessee Titans team chiropractor. Dr. Grimaldi uses his knowledge of sports, exercise, and muscle function to treat his patients. While performing adjustments, he also specializes in dry needling, cupping, active release technique, and functional strength exercises. He believes that understanding muscle function is essential for patients to achieve maximal pain relief. He also enjoys educating patients on the effects lifestyle and diet may have on their well-being. Dr. Grimaldi is a native of Nanty-Glo, Pennsylvania, and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. When he is not in the office you will find him at the gym, in the woods, or spending time with his wife and his son.

New Patient Assessment

New patients will go through a comprehensive assessment, consisting of a thorough orthopedic, neurologic, and chiropractic examination. Dr. Grimaldi will present his findings to you and treatment will be rendered on the first visit.
