Sara is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Camosun College, where she built a strong foundation in anatomy, clinical assessment, and the biopsychosocial model of care. She takes a collaborative, patient-centred approach to treatment, tailoring each session to support relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Using techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, Sara works with clients to address acute concerns while promoting long-term health. Guided by curiosity and a commitment to continued learning, she is dedicated to strengthening her evidence-based practice and providing treatments that are effective, enjoyable, and educational. Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and gardening. She looks forward to growing her practice and supporting clients during their ongoing wellness journeys.
