I’m a massage therapist focused on therapeutic work and myofascial release, working with people who are dealing with ongoing tension, movement restrictions, or patterns in their body that just don’t seem to resolve. I’m interested in how the body adapts over time—how compensation builds, how things get stuck, and why certain issues keep coming back. My work isn’t just about chasing symptoms. I’m looking at the bigger picture and working with the underlying patterns that are actually driving what you’re feeling. Myofascial release is a big part of how I do that. I use it to reduce restriction, improve movement, and help the body reorganize in a way that feels more natural and sustainable. I often pair that with simple, targeted rehab so the changes we create in treatment actually hold. I tend to work well with people who feel like they’ve tried a lot of things already, or who are dealing with something that isn’t straightforward. People who want to understand what’s going on in their body, not just get temporary relief. My goal is to help you move better, feel more at ease in your body, and create changes that actually last.
Your provider will complete an assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan that will incorporate both massage therapy and myofascial release approaches based on your presentation, goals, and response to treatment. Treatment plans may evolve over time as the body changes and progresses.
