She is licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Her practice is rooted in a holistic and individualized approach, emphasizing patient education, active rehab, and sustainable strategies for injury prevention. Cindy has completed advanced training in functional movement techniques, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and acupuncture/dry needling—all of which she integrates into her tailored treatment plans. Physiotherapy Initial Assessment - In Person [60 min]

A Initial Assessment is a 60 minute, one-on-one, in-person appointment with a physiotherapist. The primary focus of this appointment is to evaluate ONE (1) injury/concern or areas of the body, and providing you with an individualized treatment plan. This appointment is appropriate for new patients, returning patients that are coming in for a new injury or have not seen us in over 6 months.
