Dr. Anita Rajan, DC has been deeply immersed in the field of health and wellness for over two decades. From a young age, she recognized her passion for natural healing and discovered the gifted touch in her hands. Always drawn to holistic therapies, Dr. Rajan firmly believes in the body’s innate wisdom to heal, often needing just a gentle boost to thrive. Dr. Rajan earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Windsor before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, IL. Her career began in San Diego, California, where she embraced a lifestyle of holistic healing and wellness. Practicing later in Los Angeles, CA, she expanded her knowledge by learning innovative techniques influenced by the creative energy of Southern California. Since graduating in 2003, Dr. Rajan has continued to evolve as a healer and lifelong learner, building an extensive portfolio of techniques, including Network Spinal entrainments and traditional manual chiropractic adjustments. Grounded in her Indian heritage, Dr. Rajan integrates Ayurvedic principles into her unique assessment methods. She also incorporates her vast experience in yoga and spa therapies, alongside healing modalities such as energy medicine, scientific hand analysis/life purpose coaching, and the therapeutic use of essential oils. Dr. Rajan is a certified yoga teacher and trained classical Indian temple dancer. Her goal is to guide and support patients in achieving optimal spinal mobility and neurological function. With a deep understanding of the movement of energy, she brings a special focus to women’s and pediatric health, inspired by the birth of her nephew and niece. Dr. Rajan’s favorite activities include yoga, dancing, meditation, running, and swimming. She also enjoys creative pursuits like painting, decorating, and writing. Passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and achieving mind-body balance, she believes everyone has the capacity to feel truly amazing in their physical, mental, and emotional selves. With her radiant and uplifting presence, Dr. Rajan is excited to bring West Coast healing vibes to Toronto. Initial Chiropractic Consult/Exam - Adult

This package includes a thorough initial chiropractic consultation and examination, where we will assess your health history, current condition, and goals. Following the examination, you will receive a report of findings in which we will explain our assessment, share the results, and provide personalized recommendations for your care. Once we’ve discussed your treatment plan, your first chiropractic adjustment will take place, addressing areas of tension or misalignment. This comprehensive process typically occurs over two visits to ensure you receive the full evaluation and proper treatment plan tailored to your needs.
