Understanding that every body is unique, Jess makes communication a priority in the treatment room. She uses a combination of modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. It is one of her greatest joys to help people get out of pain so that they can live their best lives! When Jess is not busy doing bodywork, she enjoys playing her instruments , hiking, swimming, reading a good book and spending time with her dog.
