Dr. Nolan Clausen earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic and graduated with honors from Cleveland University-Kansas City in 2019. While at Cleveland, Nolan served as president of Sports Council for two years and was involved in the Motion Palpation and Christian Chiropractic clubs. He spent many weekends traveling throughout the US to attend over 600 hours of continuing education courses while he was a student, and he is excited to bring these clinical skills and tools to provide the best care for his patients. Nolan is from Ord, a small community in central Nebraska. He graduated from Ord High School and then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. At NWU, he played football for four years and basketball for three, and during collegiate athletics he had many injuries. One sports injury in particular, a herniated lumbar disc, brought him to chiropractic. He learn that through chiropractic with functional rehab and strengthening, he was able to get back on the field and improve his performance. Nolan married his wife, Darrien, in April 2018 in the Dominican Republic. Together they have two dogs, Salvy a labradoodle and Ollie a miniature schnauzer. Nolan and Darrien love staying active, especially through playing sand volleyball, taking their “kids” to the dog park, and hiking. They both look forward to getting involved in the Elkhorn community.
