Lindsay does not perform IMS._ Lindsay is passionate about helping people return to doing what they love — whether that's competing in sport, managing a degenerative condition, or simply moving through life pain-free. Lindsay's practice ranges from post-operative rehabilitation and vestibular/balance disorders to helping athletes get back to peak performance — with an aim toward rebuilding strength, restoring function, and helping you move with confidence again. After spending 2 years at COAST as a Kinesiologist, Lindsay went to Bond University in Australia where she earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy. She spent two years practicing on the Gold Coast, building a diverse caseload that spanned rugby, soccer, and lifesaving sports, along with acute injuries, work-related pain, and vestibular and neurological conditions. These experiences shaped her commitment to patient care and her emphasis on teamwork in achieving treatment goals. Her clinical approach blends manual therapy techniques with personalized exercise programs, ensuring every treatment plan fits your lifestyle and goals.
