Hélène is a 2005 graduate of Sault College Massage Therapy Program and is in good standing with the CMTO. She has practiced many years in multidisciplinary clinical settings gaining a comprehensive understanding of how to restore the body to peak physical performance and optimal health. Having personally experienced the powerful, holistic healing effects of Align Manual Therapy—and how it helped her move beyond the physical limitations of past injury and trauma—she is passionate about helping others achieve the same freedom and balance. Helene’s passion as a therapist is to educate and create a new awareness within her clients for their functional movement, ideal posture, and core engagement to support their overall well-being in their day-to-day lives. She caters to clients of all ages and has a background in early childhood education as a part-time teaching assistant at the elementary school level she has phenomenal results working with children. She loves spending time with her family and her dog Ruby, and her cat Milo in her spare time, working out, baking, and continuing her education.
