This is a 60-minute office visit for current eligible NWHSU employees, students or their family who are new to the discipline, the clinic itself, or who have not been seen in this clinic in the last 3 years.

This appointment is for injuries or if it has been more then 3 months since you were in clinic. Clinic Access Fee is $20 This appointment is for Athletes on HPC Teams ONLY. If you are not on an approved team your appointment will be deleted.
